I spent years starting and quitting routines. I bought dumbbells that collected dust. I signed up for gyms I stopped visiting after a month. I spent money on apps, online programs, and "essential" equipment I never used.
I felt like a failure.
All those fitness influencers made it seem so easy, so "motivating." Why couldn't I just... do it?
Then I realized something: The problem wasn't me. It was the method.
Traditional programs are designed for people who ALREADY love training. For athletes. For people who get excited about "leg day" and talk about PRs at parties.
That's not me. And it's probably not you either.
What I discovered
After researching dozens of scientific studies, testing countless approaches, and finally finding what works for people like us, I decided to document everything.
Not as a technical manual full of fitness jargon.
